Again I woke up way toooooooooo early. Thus I put myself back to sleep and woke up again late, but again not feeling well. This time I woke with a headache and still with a slightly sore throat. But added with a little dizzy and upset tummy feeling. ARGH. I had a good day yesterday, got a song written and didn’t do anything overly taxing. So why did I wake up feeling like ass again, especially when I wanted to get out to the Los Angeles BBQ festival? Why?
Thus I’m again taking tylenol, drinking tea, and relegated to the couch while I nap and rest again. I really dislike this. What a lame set of occurrences. I took my oxygen tank in to be refilled. Thus I’m not capable of doing some of the health things I would have been doing this past week. Hopefully I will have it back so that I can begin getting ozone around me again and get this shit cleared up.
The interesting thing to me is that as I get more and more healthy in diet and the use of ozone, I find that I become a bit more susceptible to things. That’s the one downside to it. The more I clean out my body, the harder I seem to get hit with things. Thus the more it becomes a necessity to keep cleaning. The same sort of cycle people get into with taking pharmaceutical drugs. Only there isn’t side effects of ozone and it’s all natural. With drugs they start to create super bugs which make it hard for the drugs to keep working. When will man learn?
Why might I have had a relapse?
Well, it may have had something to do with the title of this song. I do know that it’s a parody of a Bob Dylan song. Thus it’s good for a little comedy to raise the spirits. While I was typing this post, my mom called and provided me with some perspective, along with pushing me to get out to the BBQ fest. Thus I’m going to get up and out.
Enjoy the fun of the song. We all need a little lift now and then. Get the spirit recharged and this is one way to do it. So support the artist!
