March Madness. It’s not only for college basketball anymore. No, let’s include a little Charlie Sheen in there.
All kinds of projects going on. Around the house. Around the studio. Around the life.
I can’t complain. The sun is up. The sky is blue. The temperature is perfect. Grand is a good word to describe it.
College hoops are gearing up for the sports showdown of the basketball world. It so happens that I have music getting used for those games thanks to one of my licensing deals. Especially in the PAC 10. That’s a wonderful thing.
Something else that is wonderful is today’s song: I Won’t Go Hollywood. A kick in the pants uptempo number that really sets a pace right from the get go with the guitars. Then in comes the rest of the song. Pounding, driving, zippin right along. A lot like how Hollywood and the entertainment life likes to present itself.
The irony comes in the lyrics. Right in the title, the character is working on not having the Hollywood attitude. Something it seems Charlie has forgot.
How about you?
