Who has the balls to stand up to a corporation? That’s a good question. Some people seem to have a hard time thinking that it’s possible. But it is.
In a way, I’m one of those people right now with something that I’m going thru. There is protocol to the law that hasn’t been followed that directly relates to me. I’ve been fortunate to find out about it and now it may very well end up benefiting me in a big way. It’s too early to say what the outcome is, but it’s highly favorable that I took a stand. More to come of that when actual event occur.
Until then, I’m going to be working on more music. Which means getting to the tune for today.
In the motion of standing up for a fight, I’m running with a tune by a band called Lynch Mob called Street Fightin’ Man. The band was the creation of George Lynch formerly of an 80’s hair metal band called Lynch Mob. I actually got to share the share earlier this year on a bill featuring George Lynch for a show. He’s still a shredding guitar player. Damn loud too.
I met the singer Oni a few years ago. He’s a really cool guy. Smoking rock vocalist too.
The attitude, the vibe, the rock. That’s what’s got me feeling up on this song today. Especially since I’m having to stand up for my rights as a citizen of the U.S. having to deal with something that is being done illegally. So odd that sometimes you have to feel like a street fighter to get the law to react. It happens.
Enjoy the smokin guitar licks and the hard core singing going on. A great album all the way around. Go get it!
