It’s the 4th of July. In America, the 4th of July represents the day of signing the Declaration of Independence from England. A proud moment in the history of America. Recent years have diminished that. Sadly we’re not about independence like we once were.
Despite the massive rise of fuel costs, interestingly a vast majority of my friends have taken trips out of California for this 4th of July. So I will be firing up the grill and rounding up whatever troops are still left and attempting to induce a meat coma. Afterwards it will be a trip to see Hancock.
In the meantime, I leave you with my buddies from Big Bad Zero and their tune about what people imagine America is. Is it all you imagine it to be?
