Coming out of the throws of food poisoning. Oof, I really don’t think I’d ever recommend it to anyone. The question really becomes, how do you know when and where you may have gotten it? Mainly because if that could be determined then I’d at least know the place to avoid in the future. I’d most certainly not return to the scene where I got it. While I’m still spending yet one more day in bed – not having the kind of fun that bed should be meant for, I’m definitely starting to feel much better.
One thing I have learned is that the upset stomach / heartburn thing is most definitely quenched by taking vinegar. Crazy as it sounds, I remember hearing about it on some show at some point and thinking, that’s just nuts. However, I happened to have some vinegar in the house and decided to test out the theory. Lo and behold, it actually does work. Within minutes my heartburn went away and my stomach calmed right down.
I’m not 100% yet, thus work will have to wait until tomorrow. In the meantime, I will watch some more movies and videos while I remain in bed resting and recovering. I will say that I am restless and listening to today’s choice I do get the urge to want to dance in place.
I have no idea what A Brasileir means. What I do know is that I’m feeling good listening to the guitar playing. It’s always a pleasure to hear good guitar work. Especially in styles that while I can play them, I haven’t mastered them. It’s like going to school and learning. It’s never over. I’m always learning.
What I can’t understand is why in today’s musical climate an artist with this many albums has yet to put them out on iTunes! Jacky, I appreciate your music. It’s got a great vibe, a very cultural sound. Get thee to iTunes. I swear it’s a good thing.
I hope to be bouncing around like my normal self tomorrow and of course I’ll probably pop this tune on again and dance around in my studio for a few minutes because I’ll no longer be hunched over from illness. I recommend heading to the CD link page and picking up at least one of his CDs.
