Well, I’m on the backside of the cold I’ve had this week. Woo Hoo. I’m thinking that the way I take care of myself is a good reason why. Mostly organic and natural food for my diet. I’m not religious about it, but I do it as much as I can. Ozone is another good factor. I’ve found that taking things like vitamin C now cause me to break out, probably due to all the natural food I eat. Who knows. But the ozone is a good thing. Nature’s cleaner.
Thus the body is a temple. 🙂
I finally got the last piece of my new studio setup in today, a sofa. So now I have a nice clean setup. I’ve sold off some stuff and gave a few things to friends. I’ve got a better sound and a more streamlined place. Feels good. I’m ready to get back to making more music. Though I still have some archiving and updating of old files to finish.
On to the music. Get your dancey funk on. Since I’m starting to feel better I want to move around. I do need to be sure I don’t overdo it for a want to avoid a relapse. So I’ll live vicariously through today’s song while I tap my feet. I get a feeling that this would have likely done very well in 1976. The height of the disco club era. That’s not to say it wouldn’t do well now in a dance club.
There are clubs in places like Brazil that would probably be a fantastic forum. I’ve seen videos of throngs of people in clubs there where it’s wall to wall people, loud dance music, lots of alcohol, and lots of sweat. This the type of song to get a body moving. Moving in a well oiled rhythm. Of course it’s all part of the plan to open up and be diverse in the realm of the Single of the Day.
So go get your groove on. Move this song from iTunes to your iPod, then move your body any old time you need a pick-me-up.
