It’s that time of the week, hump day. I’m actually geeking out a little too much in the past 24 hours. Well, not the entire 24. I was in the studio recording more Christmas songs. Finally moved into Christmas future. So the light is definitely at the end of the tunnel. Yesterday Apple released the new version of iTunes and that kept me busy last night. The update has some really neat features in terms of browsing your music and of course I delved right in. Not realizing how much time I was wasting over music. I ended up not going to hang out at the Backstage Cafe like I had planned. Silly me.
In a sense I’m diggin myself into a pretty bad hole and I’m probably finally gonna ruin myself. Unless I pull of a miracle in terms of getting the CD sold. Yes, yesterday was also the release date for Practical Insanity. So go buy my CD!
As for today’s song. I first heard David Wilcox (the Non-Canadian one) a few years back. I heard this song and was floored. There’s something so moving about the way he plays. The way he sings. It’s Freaky ass good. That’s all I got to say about it, so buy it. Personally I currently feel like I’m trapped in the Eye of the Hurricane and it’s about to take me up and spit me out.
Actually, The eye of a hurricane is really calm. I don’t know if you’ve ever been inside one, but I have. It’s pouring and rainging, but when the eye passes over you, everything stops. It’s a really cool experience because of all the energy, you can just feel it around you.
On another note, I didn’t know that yesterday was the release date for Pratical Insanity!! So it’s at stores now?!?
