I’m not sure if I had mentioned updating the roof of my storage shed. It’s a good thing. With all this rain, it’s amazing that I did it when I did. The old roof was rotted and letting water destroy important things. The new roof is holding very well. No leaky leaky at this point. Good thing. It’s nice to get things tidied up and organized as well as fixed.
That’s a bit how I feel about all this editing. The good thing is, I’m getting it done correctly and I believe it will improve the library. That’s a great thing. I’ll get it finished off tomorrow. Some of the edits are taking a bit longer than I anticipated. But then I wasn’t thinking about some of the discs having more songs. It’s also allowed me to reduce the number of edits as well.
Whilst doing the editing I’m having to add more info into the spreadsheet too. Wow it’s a lot. Once I get the edits done, there’s a bit more information that has to go in as well. So tomorrow is going to be a long day of editing and typing. Much like today.
I’m contemplating getting a Netflix account. Interested in the streaming movie function they now offer. Seems with so much down time coming over the holiday I’d like to catch up on some movies I haven’t had a chance to see. Though I do get to see some great movies at special screenings, that’s a plus. Last night was a screening of The Last Station. A movie about Tolstoy and the last bit of his life. It is a really good movie, though I think it’s odd that it’s all in english. I think it would have been more authentic in Russian. Oh well.
Gotta get back into the swing of edits. Here’s a little Christmas ditty to spread some cheer.
