and for the soul. Actually it’s probably better for the environment. So it can be extrapolated that it’s good for the mind and the soul. It all relates to having a better environment which should in turn lead to better food, better air, better everything else. Right?
Recycling also helps when you’ve spaced. Rehash, reuse, it’s what needs to be done when you’re out and about on a foreign computer and don’t have access to the library you’ve built for the blog. At least I haven’t forgotten to get to it. A little rushed that’s all. And since that’s the link in my head for needing to connect with Home, well, there you have it. If I had Leopard on the machine I’m typing with it, it wouldn’t be an issue. However this computer does not have Leopard. I know, excuses, excuses. Oh well…
Marc is a bundle of energy live, much like he was at the NAMM when we were introduced. After the show I caught with Claire. We were walking back to the car when lo and behold I spotted Marc walking toward us on the sidewalk. I reintroduced myself and then Claire. We all chatted for a moment and remarked how much we liked the show. He was very gracious. As we parted ways Claire was so giddy about having met Marc it was fun to watch. She also couldn’t believe how little he was. Of course she stands at 5’10” plus a little. So we must have been like the twin towers to him. 🙂
Anyway, this song also reminds of what a New Orleans delta blues type jam would be like, a rip-roaring good time with a large group of people. I plan on sitting in on something like that when I get to New Orleans on tour. I think it would be a blast! If you don’t have this CD, you need to do yourself a favor and get it. At the very least get this song ASAP on iTunes now!
(** Disclaimer: If Marc’s label decides to take me home to the cleaners, I’ll have to remove the audio like a bad stain. The words will remain. **)
