As a little break from the discussion of song writing.

I consider myself a hard working individual. A lot of people that know also call me a hard working individual. What is disappointing is that other people that I hire to get a job done, are often dropping the ball. Normally I wouldn’t care if it wasn’t a matter of it affecting my ability to work and get things done.

I’ve got a person working on my home that is going to be fired. I have other people working on doing some things for my home that have also dropped the ball. Unfortunately I can’t do much more than sit by and wait to see what happens in that respect. It is highly disappointing to be put in such a place. What makes it worse is that no one wants to claim responsibility for fucking it up. If there is anything more annoying, I don’t know what it is.

With the pent up feelings I’ve got about it, I’m partial to the song Kill The Guy With The Ball by Steve Vai. A very bizarre and chaotic piece of music. Lots of strange sounds kick it off. Then it blasts off into a blaze of guitar chords and riffs along with a not so groovy set of hits. It’s a high speed race of sounds.

The uneasy nature of it is exactly how I’m feeling about it. That’s what bothers me most.

Hopefully your day is going much better.
