Today is gonna be a longish day. I’ve got an early meeting about a children’s project I’ve had on the back burner for a while. I’m going to finalize the mix on that and have the co-writers powwow about the project so we can make it presentable in January. Then it’s off to another meeting with a cat that gets a lot of music placements. He’s brought a few libraries to the forefront of the library world. He likes my music and we’re essentially going to try a little tandem work to see what happens. That what the meeting will be about.
Once I’m back I have more funk songs to finish the mixes to. Beyond that I have another artist bringing in audio files to see if I can make heads or tales of them to help complete the project.
I got to get a move on. So I’ll leave ya with a little track called: Funky Lizard. I heard it a few years ago as part of an album of crazy ass cartoon music. It lives up to it’s name. All you need to know is that it’s high energy. Super chops. Crazy adventure. Massive fun.
