For some reason Dorian has taken to digging a hole in the lawn. I haven’t figured out why he’s decided to do this. I filled it back in once. Yet he’s taken to digging it back up again. So I’ve filled it in again. The annoying thing is that it’s in the lawn. I wouldn’t mind so much if it were under the orange tree. I really hope it’s not something he’s going to continue to do.
At the same time I’m still putting tracks together for a library thing. Plus some good news is coming together for a song recently finished. Until it’s inked and set in stone, I won’t say much more.
Stay tuned.
Today’s song comes via a group that is making some very different sounds. The group is A Life of Science. The song is Carving a Canyon. The album is The Apneist. As you can hear, it’s very different. It’s got some crazy sounds going all over the place.
The way I’ll say is this. I’ve been told that I’ve got music that is commercially viable but the catch 22 is that it’s that side of original that makes it tough, but once it breaks thru it will do very well. With A Life of Science I would say that they are really cool music that is that side of commercial where it will be tough to be huge, but it’s extremely cool. It’s got so many different styles combined in such a weird order that it’s wild. On top of that it’s got stuff that is out of tune. It’s still cool.
So I suggest to check it out and then go get it!
